Legal
Your privacy,
respected.
AfterMark LLC respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our websites or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We are a business-to-business wholesale distributor. Most of the personal information we handle belongs to business contacts — account holders, purchasing managers, and resellers — rather than individual consumers. We collect only what we need to operate our business and fulfill your orders.
01 — Overview
What this policy covers
This Privacy & Cookie Policy applies to all websites operated by AfterMark LLC, including aftermark.net, coldrider.com, and fuelpumper.com (collectively, "our sites"). It covers information collected through our websites, by email, by phone, and through any other interaction you have with us in connection with placing or managing an order.
By using our sites or placing an order, you agree to the practices described in this policy. Our Terms and Conditions are incorporated by reference.
This policy does not apply to third-party websites linked from our sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of any third party.
02 — Information we collect
What we collect and how
We collect information in two ways: information you give us directly, and information collected automatically when you use our sites.
Information you provide
Account registration
Business name, contact name, address, phone number, email address, resale certificate or tax ID, and payment terms information.
Orders
Billing and shipping address, product selections, payment method details (processed by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers), and order notes.
Communications
Messages, inquiries, and attachments you send us by email, phone, or through our contact forms.
Drop-ship fulfillment
End-customer shipping names and addresses provided by approved reseller partners for drop-ship orders.
Information collected automatically
When you visit our sites, our servers and third-party analytics tools automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, and time spent on each page. This information is used to maintain site security, diagnose technical issues, and understand aggregate usage patterns. See the Cookies section for more detail.
03 — How we use it
Why we collect your information
We use the information we collect only for legitimate business purposes related to our distribution operations:

Meeting our obligations under US export law, tax regulations, and accounting requirements. Maintaining records as required by law.
Site improvement
Understanding how our sites are used in aggregate to improve navigation, content, and the ordering experience.

05 — Cookies & tracking
How we use cookies
Our websites use cookies — small text files stored on your device — to keep you logged in, remember your cart and preferences, and understand how visitors use our sites in aggregate. We do not use cookies to build personal advertising profiles or track you across third-party sites.
| Cookie type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Session management, login state, shopping cart, and security tokens. These cannot be disabled without breaking core site functionality. | Session or up to 1 year |
| Functional | Remembering your language, currency preference, and saved addresses to speed up repeat orders. | Up to 1 year |
| Analytics | Aggregate traffic data (pages visited, referral source, session duration) used to improve site performance. Data is anonymized and not linked to individual accounts. | Up to 2 years |
Managing cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies, though doing so may affect your ability to log in or complete orders. Instructions for managing cookies are available in your browser's help documentation.
We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, as no industry standard for honoring such signals has been established.
06 — Data retention
How long we keep your information
